Do you offer any gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or sugar free items?

We do offer gluten free and vegan cakes and brownies on a day by day basis.

Disclaimer: All items both gluten free and non are made in the same kitchen and ovens. We cannot guarantee that there will be no risk of cross contamination, although we do are very best to avoid it. Gluten free and Vegan cakes and brownies can be ordered in advance with a minimum amount of one dozen.

Do you offer nut free products?

Nuts are usually presented visibly on baked goods or cupcakes and is noted in the name and signage. Due to risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee items are nut free.

I just want a single serving. Can I come in and purchase a small dessert?

Unfortunately, right now we are only completing catering events and pre-orders. You may visit us anytime on the weekends at one of our pre-schedule locations and purchase individual items.

Do you ship your products?

Yes, we have a limited menu available for shipping. For orders such as cakes, party trays, etc., we do offer pickup and delivery.

How much time in advance do you need to place an order?

All orders must be placed a minimum of three days in advance. Orders will not be accepted through social media or voicemails. Please see our ordering menu or fill out our contact form. We do accept orders through email, our ordering page, and via text message (513-823-9423)

Do you deliver?

We do offer delivery services however arrangements must be made prior to placing the order. We do offer wedding cake deliveries with a specific fee dependent on the distance/time we need to travel to the venue.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If paid in full, a 75% refund will be issued for any cancellations that are made 72 hours before the date of a custom cake order. We do not refund any portion of the purchase price for orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the due date and time.
